Announcing: Sleep Recovery Yoga Nidra Teacher Training & Certification April - June 2025!

Become a Trainer of the First Responder Sleep Recovery Program. In this hybrid program, you’ll receive education on Somatic Healing, the Neuroscience of Trauma, Sleep and you’ll become certified as a Sleep Recovery Facilitator (L1) with a Trauma Informed Yoga Nidrā Certification accredited by Yoga Alliance (40 hrs CE) all while enjoying 5 days at a hot springs retreat center! Additional to your learning will be 8 weeks of self-paced learning online; you’ll receive live coaching and a 100 page manual that includes an 8-10 week program of scripts and practices that is pre-made for you to deliver, step by step to support the sleep and total well-being of your clients or those you serve.

Learn from Jacqueline Toomey, founder of First Responder Sleep Recovery and a team of experts in the field of Somatic Healing, Nervous System Regulation and Trauma Informed Yoga Nidra, both online and in retreat at a beautiful hotsprings in Southern Colorado; Program Starts in April to kick off the online learning, followed by the in person retreat which will be held June 9th - 13th 2025.
